I know, I know...this is ridiculous! It has been an entire year since my last blog post! Yes I have been busy, but seriously. I read everyone else's and get frustrated when others do not update their blogs why all the while mine has not been updated for a year! So here I am...back at it.
This year was Emalee and Kealyn's first year to compete in gymnastics. They both had a blast and did really well.
The girls will be starting school at Victory Christian School in just a few weeks and are so excited. I am excited too! They are going to love it!
We have had a great Summer but it has flown by! The girls have been swimming on the days I work and therefore I am the "white mama". It is pathetic and I think this is the first Summer in my life that I have not had a tan. The girls, however, are brown as bears. Emalee has been going to gymnastics 4 days a week from 7:30am - 11:00am...yes that is not a typo! CRAZY! But she loves it....OBVIOUSLY. Kealyn goes two days a week and that same time and has learned so much training with the level 5's. They both are really looking like gymnasts and have gotten so strong!
So today, I dropped Emalee off at church camp for the second time in her life. She has been packing for two weeks, decorated her precious trunk to the hilt, and ready to go. Until...I had to go. She teared up, which made me tear up, but she said she was good. I figured it best that I go ahead and leave so that it would make things easier on her. Her friend Katie went with her so hopefully that will help...Pray for her...Oh, and me! She is a tough girl and I know the Lord has big plans for her this week. I am praying that He shows himself to her and sparks a bigger fire in her heart for the Kingdom. He is going to do big things through her! I can't wait to watch it unfold.
Anyway...below are a few pics from the last few months. I will try to do better about blogging....I PROMISE!

Hi sweet friend! Yes, I am so glad you put up new pictures of the girls! Gosh, how can they be so big???
I went to the American Girl store last weekend with the girls in my family to celebrate my niece's 10th bday! And my niece got the same doll, Lanie! I am learning all about this stuff :)
Love you all and hope to see you soon!
